Turn an OEM punchlist into a draft ITR
Your equipment supplier already wrote the inspection plan. A Metso or Outotec punchlist lists every check, the tolerance it has to meet and a drawing showing where to measure, and then somebody retypes all of it into a record sheet by hand.
Upload the PDF and get the checks back as a draft ITR: tolerances copied word for word, measurement tables built where the document asks for a set number of readings, hold points marked where it says the result must be documented and accepted, and the source page on every row so you can check it.

- What counts as a punchlist?
- Any OEM installation, maintenance or commissioning document that lists checks with tolerances. Metso and Outotec punchlists, vendor install manuals, client-issued inspection schedules and QA hold point registers all work.
- Does it read the drawings?
- Yes. The whole PDF is read, figures included, which matters because the annotation on a drawing often carries the tolerance or the number of measurement points. "Measured from 4 points" becomes a 4 row table.
- Can I trust the tolerances?
- Check them. Tolerances are copied word for word rather than reworded, and every row shows the page it came from so you can verify it against your own document in seconds. It is a draft to review, not a finished record, and on this kind of work that distinction matters.
- What happens to my document?
- It is read to produce the draft and is not published anywhere. The draft appears on this page only. If you leave your email we may follow up about it, and you can ignore us if you would rather not hear back.
Built for equipment work, not just civil
