Common questions

Which plan am I on?
It depends on how you work, and we ask at signup. If your jobs run a few days and you don't need formal ITPs (most subbies), it's $45/month flat with unlimited jobs. If you run projects over weeks or months and need inspection plans, registers and hold points, it's $45 per active project per month. You can move up to the full plan any time from Billing.
Why is one flat and the other per project?
Because the work is shaped differently. A subbie doing a dozen short jobs a month would pay a dozen times over on per-project pricing, which makes no sense for a two-day job, so that track is one flat price no matter how many jobs you record. A builder running an 18-month project bills once for the whole job, and per-project matches how they already think about cost.
How does per-project billing work?
On the full plan, each active project is $45/month. Only active projects count, archived projects are free, and archiving stops the billing immediately.
What's included in the free trial?
Everything on your plan, no credit card needed to start. Short-job accounts get 7 days; full-plan accounts get 14, because evaluating an ITP workflow needs a real site visit and a week rarely covers it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there are no lock-in contracts. Archive a project to stop billing for it immediately. You keep full read-only access to archived project data.
Do you offer volume pricing?
On the full plan every active project is $45/month, the same rate whether you have one project or twenty. On the flat plan volume is already unlimited.
