HoldPoint QA
Construction ITP software, vertical and focused.
Built around the three documents subcontractors and civil contractors actually deliver — Inspection and Test Plans, Site Instructions, and Labour Dockets. Hold points and witness points are first-class concepts the product enforces. Areas turn one ITP into many area-specific copies in a single bulk action. Sign-off packs collapse a level or a lot into a single email and one combined audit-ready PDF.
- ITP-first: hold points, witness points, and sign-off packs are the product.
- Areas turn a multi-level building or multi-lot subdivision into structured sign-off packs in minutes.
- Per-project AUD pricing instead of enterprise document-control contracts.
- Outputs branded audit-ready PDFs that can be transmitted into Aconex without any custom integration.

Common questions, answered.
- Should I replace Aconex with HoldPoint?
- Generally no — Aconex is usually the principal-mandated document control platform on tier-1 jobs and you can't unilaterally replace it. HoldPoint is the tool you use to actually author and sign the ITPs that then get transmitted into Aconex as PDFs.
- Can HoldPoint output documents that go into Aconex?
- Yes. Every approved document in HoldPoint becomes a branded audit-ready PDF that you can transmit into Aconex through the normal document control workflow. Sign-off packs produce a single combined PDF per area.
- Why use HoldPoint if my project is on Aconex?
- Because Aconex is built for document control, not ITP authoring. Authoring an ITP, applying hold points, capturing photos, getting the principal's representative to sign, and producing the final PDF is faster in HoldPoint. Once it's signed, the PDF goes into Aconex for the formal record.
